Community Futures Oxford administers grants from two funds: Community Economic Development (CED) Initiative and the Future Oxford Legacy Fund.
The CED Initiative provides seed funding to projects that generate economic benefits in several priority areas including workforce development, agriculture/rural sector, business development, social infrastructure, youth programs, capacity development, tourism development and cultural/environmental stewardship.
The Future Oxford Legacy Fund provides funding for projects that aim to create a vibrant community. Projects must advance at least one of the three sustainability pillars by contributing to the actions detailed within the Future Oxford Community Sustainability Plan.
